First things first this is NOT a film review, not least because it hasn’t been released yet but if I mention Wes Anderson, Frances McDormand, Bill Murray, Saoirse Ronan, Tilda Swinton, Timothée Chalamet, Kate Winslet, and Benicio del Toro you’re impressed right?
So were we and so when we had the chance to get items from the film set we did and some pretty cool stuff we got too.
Who knows these may become iconic pieces of modern cinema and if not they’re definitely conversation starters and nice things to have. Apparently the film has been described as “a love letter to journalists set at an outpost of an American newspaper in a fictional 20th-century French city and centers (sic) on three storylines” and “principal photography began in November 2018, in the city of Angoulême (South-West France) and wrapped in March 2019”, well that’s what it says on Wikipedia so it must be true.
